A 1940s home with original teak joinery, steel casements and a formal entrance hall worth keeping. Everything else needed replacing.

We restored the hall, doors and windows in place, rebuilt the kitchen and four bathrooms, and re-roofed the house. New work is limestone, bronze and teak matched to the original section profiles.

Thirty weeks, phased so the family could move back into the bedroom wing at week nineteen.
